- I'm a 28-year old soon to be grad student and a children's book illustrator wannabe.•I was born in Puerto Rico, raised in Connecticut and now live in Central NY with my husband Mike, my dog Gala and my beta fish Rojo.•I love to travel.•I love to dance salsa and merengue.•I'm extremely self-conscious.•I am a huge bookworm.•I'm horribly sarcastic and I'm stubborn to a fault.•I dream big but am afraid of failing.•I'm probably one of the most superstitious people you'd ever meet.•I'm fluent in Spanish.•I tend to count on my fingers.•I hate mushy food.•I bite the side of my cheeks when I'm nervous.•Oh and I can't swim. •I've always had a passion for art.•I don't remember a time where I didn't like to draw.•I have a A.A.S in Graphic Illustration and a B.F.A in Fine Arts.•This Fall I'm returning to school for a M.A.T in Art Education.•My life's ambition is to publish my own children's book.•As of right now, I make no money off doing art commissions nor do I work in an art field.•This really is my fault due to the fact that I am horrible at marketing myself.•I do however am open to doing commissions if the job suits me.
